Our Founder

Jean-Jacques founded APC International to solve very real challenges in both cross-border and local recruitment of talent.  These are challenges he knows well as his career has been focused on the most effective and efficient methods to get the right people into the right roles.  Jean-Jacques held numerous positions with one of the world’s most prestigious financial services and wealth management companies.  Based at various times in Zurich, London and New York.... Jean-Jacques optimised processes and approaches to human resources, often in close partnership with senior global executives.  His passion was not, however, born in the world of commerce but in the military.  Jean-Jacques rapidly ascended to commander in the medical corps of the Swiss military, on-boarding and directing thousands of resources - human resource management at its most extreme.  Since founding APC International in 2007, Jean-Jacques has helped over 200 clients solve their unique recruitment challenges.
